This is soo true! People forget all the events staff plan such as OMN's and even the mcgamer awards , it takes hours to plan some of these events , also when i spend time with some staff i see the stress they are under and that they do not get enough support for what they do....

Some people take what the staff team do for granted a lot of the time and they forget staff do not get any kind of pay for what they do!
