I dont seem to understand that every game he is in with Zetzus he lags out, and every other game WITHOUT Zetzus he is perfect 5 bar

When you say that I honestly don't believe you. It's probably the stupidest thing I've heard. Why would he care about 1 player out of the hundreds he would play against per day. if I don't get taken offline by him when I'm in a game with him, why would he go for your friend? There are so many arguments against your point but it's literally not worth the effort because you still believe your right for some stupid reason.

In the last month I may have been in a game with him once, how far back does this grudge of yours date?
