They refused to continue the CB after their members were playing in a UHC.
They had all the members they needed for the clan battle.
This obviously is not a legitimate reason for postponing.
We agreed to allow postponements in this clan battle due to the holiday season.

We also did not agree to continue, and we only had 5 members including the 3 in mid uhc. And on top of that, there holiday season was not the reason for the postponement. You stated you did not have enough members on, so being a fair clan, gave you the postponement at 4-2 Transfer.
