It seems like many clans don't want to join. Here are reasons or flaws you can fix to improve.

-Your thread doesn't look professional at all, sorry if it sounds harsh.

-A prize/reward, this is recommended because clans have something to play for instead of a plain tournament. The prizes will attract more clans to apply, I'd suggest a 20-50 dollar budget but it is up to you.

-Following under professional thread, you should make it organized, and make the clan vs clan random and have a bracket. Also, don't be afraid to ask clans to join your tournament!
