If you really want to know, there are... Although, I think they're rare exceptions and you must be really mature to be accepted under the required age. Always feel free to give the Application a go.. I'm sure they'll think it over.

To be accepted under the age requirement, you must either excel in other categories of interest or show high levels of maturity as ThatSwaggyBear stated above.
