Hi,
So there are mods that have less than 50+ posts. Its quite disappointing to see mods that have less than 50+ and that are rarely on the forums. Yes they may be active In-Game but Mods need to be active everywhere and surprisingly you didn't deny people for not knowing the community or not being active. Really it is. I am not hating on any staff but you should have a limit to have more than 100+ posts on the forums and are locking threads and making sure its clean. The thing is that there are mods that don't even fill in report abuses and just hang around for the rank. Please be more careful. They may have had a wonderful application but should know stuff about the community. Don't say mods are active in the game you need to fill up report abuses. Please don't flame. Mods I just want anyone opinion on it. Please don't lock until it has flame.

I'm not trying to flame this up, but honestly. Mods don't even do a thing in-game. Just recently I got on the Hub and, lord, the mods gave such mediocre replies, unprofessional; just really bad.
Mods don't give good concrete replies like they would used to back in my days. Not only that, but now you have to literally spam the heck of the mod in-chat to get a reply —else they give no fu..—.

Personally, it is bothersome that some mods only have 50 messages while other people try harder and are not even mods. Just shows how much interest one has.

I've thought of it, and there should be a limit of posts one needs to have to become moderator, similar to what Mineplex has.

Also, don't get me wrong, but I've seen threads with the same topic where the question has been answered —thus a mod would have the right to lock this thread up, just saying.

^^^^^^^^. Yes I have seen that thread but I want them to be careful. Why cause this community has gone downhill and can hit rock bottom if they pick mods that play for the rank. SO many people were hired today that only have 15+ posts.

No need to give me a reason for the thread.
Sr. Staff and Admins used to enforce the rules more in my times and were scarier. If higher ups don't put pressure on the newbies, they won't do their job correctly.

Also, while we're at it...
WHY THE HELL DID THEY MADE /D EVEN WORSE? Like, yesterday I started playing for the first time in 6 months and I get to see a team of 3 Platinum donors disguised all having forcefield (may have not played for so long, but I still know when someone is hacking).

Personally, I hate the new HUB. Horribly complicated. The design is cool, but it's just too much. My favorite hub is and still is the first hub MCSG had.

Not all moderators are hired based on their forum activity. I know personally many moderators who simply don't use the forums all that often however are, in theory, better and more active mods than I am because they interact with Sr. Staff and are on TS constantly willing to help out. While I would personally set an experience limit, we haven't run into a problem with it yet, therefore there is no need for a restriction. If there is a mod that is not doing their job well enough, or is not qualified to be a mod at all, they either would have had their applications denied or were taken care of quickly.

Like, I really miss it when people wouldn't apply for mod just for Friend Rank. If people hadn't been consumed by greed, the rank would still be a thing back then —though, I can't talk much about this since I was very envious of the rank back then.
I remember when mods had principles and were faithful to their job. Now, mods take it lightly because it's just an internet game.

I remember when VIP was also hard to get. Now, half of my friends have it? I feel like I should have gotten VIP while I was here, maybe I'd still be remembered or be taken more serious; What gives? xD I honestly did some wrong things as I was consumed with envy. Heck, I even PM'ed an inactive VIP to give me his VIP and he just recently replied to that PM that I send him 1 year ago! xD

I honestly can't say much as I did have some to do with the Friend rank corruption, don't regret it as I learned from it, but things could be different.
I still remember when I was permabanned of the forums for asking someone why did they lost their friend rank.

I can say that pretty much all of the moderators you would be discussing would be considered some of the most hard-working moderators there are. Many conduct report abuses, which do not contribute to the post count, or other related activities.

May I also add, to the people suggesting ALL moderators do nothing, you are wrong. The amount of work that the staff team does is phenomenal, whether it is behind the scenes or in public eye. If this work didn't happen, and we didn't have moderators, the server would be very different

Okay lets take that into consideration. The mods that are not active do what? Say stop spamming that's it. You need evidence to ban a person and when they don't use the forums or have very limited knowledge. How do they know all sort of those things. It makes mcg look unprofessional.
ViolentKitten I am not SAYING that ALL mods don't do the work there are amazing moderators but some are not experienced with the forums
