A question about /stats

Hello, im a Regular Donor on this server i play here like 1 year but the problem is, my /stats and not only my stats didnt update like Game Rank, its like GameRank : 31352 from 1,2,3 months.. why? its a problem? cause i want to see my stats

It could be a little error or bug, has he been playing recently? If he has try to contact support or just wait a little while longer to see if the stats resolve, we are going to have a stats update and that may be a little bug in the process, I have never seen a bug like what you are talking about

Over the last few months, the game rank has not been updating because they are planning to do a stats reset. It is my belief that they haven't been updating the game rank because it saves them money and the stats reset is planned to occur in the next few weeks. After the stats reset, game ranks should be working again.

His problem is that the leader-board game ranks aren't updating, like I should be game rank #31, but for about the past 2 months I've been at #35

I fully understand now. Okay what I am hearing sounds like a "Leaderboards Bug" I did link you already and the developers should be able to respond to it as soon as possible.

This is a well known bug that has been happening for the last few months. The leaderboards have been frozen so that the developers can work on the new leaderboard update that will be happening soon!
