Mcsg Rules being changed?

Hello, my name is HB_the_KING. I love mcsg, but have always stuck with hive (1500 wins) because I like to play with better sprint mod. Why? I am an old school player, and I scroll to my items like everyone else did way back then. Scrolling between items while using the rod and fns I find to be very difficult. I have a combined 500 wins on mcsg on all accounts, and since 1.7 has been out, I've played mcsg on and off more often. I still have great difficulty using the rod and fns though :/. Chad said on twitter "1.7 sprint is the same as better sprint mod". The only difference is you can toggle sprinting on and off instead of having to hold it. It provides no advantage now, as 75% of people prefer 1.7. I am one of the 25% that wishes to have bsm enabled. Speakingof this, multiple platinums and one or two mods said mcsg might be changing their rule to allowing bam since 1.7 and bam are so similar. I cam here to ask if that was true or not. Thanks

No, BSM is not allowed. If you try to join the server with it, it'll automatocally kick you and warn you that you have BSM enabled, which isn't allowed.

I'm not sure that there will be any changes in it any time soon. As it still gives you a slight advantages above players that aren't using BSM.

It's banned because it gives you a slight advantage over the people who aren't using BSM.

ok I also loved bsm but there are many unfair features.
1. You can toggle sneak. This is unfair because maybe you have to take a bathroom break (I know I sometimes have to in 48-120 player games) you can find a spot and go without risk of people seeing your name tag.

2. You can sprint backwards and sideways. This is obviously unfair cause that would allow for insane starting combos.

3. Infinite sprinting. Maybe you have your sprint set to r as I do. I sometimes have to let go of r and risk stopping sprinting to get to a different key or access something in your inventory then start right up again instead of having to hit that sprint key.

But honestly, what does a platinum do in the decision of making a rule change, better yet a moderator. Mods like what you specified are not allowed and will most likely never be allowed; it is not a necessity for the everyday user (e.g. OptiFine is needed for most players). I don't really see any future in the Network allowing the BSM (or BS Mod, lol); it's just not needed for the network.

It doesn't allow you to sprint sideways and backwards online... Also, I don't agree with the fact that it should be banned because it allows you to go afk for a period of time.. While that is a good suggestion, I honestly don't see how they could completely block it from the server because of it

Using the sprint key isn't that hard to get used to. Just play a few games with it then you won't have to use BSM

You can't take a joke, can you? I expressed my point but I did so in a friendly manner; I'd like for you to do the same. The forums are used for constructive discussion. It's quite obvious, in my opinion, that I was intentionally writing in that manner.

Edit: I'd like to add that when I meant statistics, I didn't mean your statistics. I meant the completely false statistics you included in your post. It's not diplomatic for a person to create false information as someone else may use it without the knowledge that it is incorrect.

The better sprint mod gives advantage over others, I do not see it being allowed In MCGamers future, I am glad
