STAFF PROBLEMS

Okay this is just a rant about some problems I feel like the staff has.

THIS THREAD ISN'T TO DISRESPECT ANY STAFF MEMBERS. AND IF YOU FEEL LIKE IM DISRESPECTING ANY STAFF PLEASE PM MSG WITH ANY EVIDENCE AND I WILL BE GLADLY TAKE THAT PART OUT OR SAY IT IN A WAY THAT IS NOT "DISRESPECTFUL" AND I WANT NO FLAME GOING ON HERE BECAUSE ITS UNNECESSARY, IF YOU THINK DIFFERENTLY WITH SOMEONE ELSE PM THEM NOT ON MY THREAD. THANK YOU.....

The next problem im even 50/50 on it
Staff relationships/dating.
There really not that much to say about this actully. You have the right to date who ever you want to. The only problem bout this is how staff relationships can creat problems for the other staff and the community. I feel like the community shouldnt have to deal with ur problems if ur having troubles with your partner. this have been a problem before too and i dont want to bring it up coz it may start a flame. But anyways, it wouldn't help the community at all it will creat big problems.
And if u do start to date anyone in the staff just keep ur problems between your selves and when ur helping the community be on a better mood coz we dont want to deal with ur anger nd ur bs either..

Maybe viewing it as biased isn't the right way to look at the situation. You do realize that there are certain rules. If someone doesn't break a rule, they won't get punished. What you did did warrant consequences, and so a punishment was carried out.

Hi Reclaimer. I can see where you are coming from and if you do see staff not doing their job and such, feel free to report them. I can tell you that a lot of the Staff take their jobs seriously and do investigate all complaints thoroughly. They do not disclose punishment information specifically to treat the staff like other people. We, the staff, do not disclose other peoples punishment information and the same applies to staff.

As for Dave, He was a truly dedicated and spent YEARS working on the server. He setup the Teamspeak and made major contributions to the server, so the staff felt it was just that he got to keep his custom staff channel.

In regards to Staff Relationships, like I said previously, Staff take their jobs seriously. If things become an issue, they are dealt with accordingly and taken care of to ensure the staff team is working on all cylinders.

Hopefully this sheds some light on all this. I can understand definitely where you are coming from and hopeful this helped your ill feelings towards the staff.

there were some kids that were cussing up a storm in a premium chat. I complained to a mod and so did my friend.

The mod was in our chat for about 5-10 mins nd gave little to no s#$@ bout it nd im there like wtf? Than i ask him 'why the f#@$ aren't you giving them a warning for banning them?' He kicks me for disrespecting a staff member nd im like f$#@ your staff member zhit. He never banned them or anything nd im still mad bout that coz that is a perfect example of mods being biased.
