Mod help. Am I allowed some mods?

Yesterday I was playing on I believe Au4, and I think I may have been temp banned. Im not sure why but I think it might be because I use the "Better sprint mod". I also use optifine but I know thats allowed. If you dont know what better sprint is, its when instead of having to double tap w to sprint you can press w and hold a button and it will sprint. It doesnt make you go any faster or give you any advantage. Is this allowed?? PLEASE ANSWER!

No, that is not allowed. The only mod we allow is optifine, so your minecraft.jar should be completely pure aside from that.

If we were to unban him that would make it unfair for all the other players which has been banned so sorry,
he'll have to wait until he's tempban is over.
