No idea what that is. I use a pc windows 7 not a gaming pc thought.

Your PC Specs is your processor which runs it, your memory/ram and your hard drive.
To find out, click the windows button and on the right side, there is a computer button and right click that and click 'Properties' and then it will show your processor/RAM/32bitOr64bit/ .
And then screenshot it with either Gyazo or Lightshot.

I'm guessing the RAM.
3gb ram isn't the best, however, you could boost your fps by about 10%, by using 'Razer Game Booster'.
