So yesterday I encountered several hackers, I posted ban disputes for all of them, and thought that when a sstaff specifically said "The user has been dealt with" That I would be done with them for at least a day or 2.
One of these was nickgartmann (Video Below)

There are clear speed hacks and FF here, so I fail to see why there would not be an appropriate punishment.
A mod named " - Snip - " Said: User has been dealt with.
I came on 2 hours later to find him waiting for me in a game on alaskan village, hacks in tact, ready to kill me with his stone sword, 5 block hit range, speed hacks, sprint bow and what can only be described as pure skill...

SOOOO I was pretty annoyed at this as you would presume. I hopped on the teamspeak and poked a mod about the situation. I linked him the forum thread as well as the video link and he said, our apologies for the inconvenience... AND "The user has been dealt with" to which my response was, "ok then...."
AND THIS MORNING I FOUND HIM AGAIN.

This is beyond the point of reconciliation, this is ridiculous. If the mods can't be bothered to clear out the servers then neither can I. I will continue to upload hacker videos for a short period of time, the next time I find a hacker that has been "Dealt With" on the servers I will never upload a hacker again. I promise you that.
MCSG this needs to be sorted out. A mod can not be telling a user that the hacker has been "Dealt With" and nothing happens.
I have had problems like this in the past, so can someone explain to me how "Dealt With" Is allowing the offender to continue hacking as he pleases?
Also another question I wanted to pose was, can mods go back and look at what player was disguised as who and when... so essentially if a donor is hacking, as they so often are nowadays, and are disguised. Can they be found if recorded with the time and date?
