1. MCSG V1

My opinion ^^^
So what? Teaming is a part of the game, and trash-talking will come with competitiveness. Some people need to learn that this is the internet and to not take everything so seriously.
I disagree. People who go around saying, "say 123 for team." are pathetic. And trash talking is bad sportsmanship. If a player wins a 1v1 and says, "gf" or "Gg" I don't mind but calling me eZ is rude. If it's a team or hacker, even gg Pisses me off because it's not Gg at all its an undeserved win.

I have made some of my best friends on MCGamer today by saying "say 123 for team" about a year ago. Think again.

Mcsg has definitely changed for the better I think with all the new servers and better plug ins. One thing that changed for the worst got rid of moonlight lake. But personally when I started playing over a year ago it was an ok average server but now it's just exploded into this awesome community.

Something I've always thought has caused some of the communities changes as in a greater number of hackers and more players saying things such as 'eZ' and 'rekt' is not simply a change in who plays MCGamer, but Minecraft players overall.

I've noticed threads on the Planet Minecraft forums, which is a forums for Minecraft in general, that many threads have been created around the changes in who plays the game and their behaviour, with increases of hackers and more immature players in many communities. It is my opinion that this is a more game-wide change, and with MCGamer being a large popular network, will receive all types of players who play the game.

I totally agree with you Andrew! I remember way back in the beginning two years ago where there was only one map (Survival Games 1) and I loved it like that! Soon after map 2 came out and I began to enjoy that too, but sadly more and more and more were coming, made by different people as well. I didn't like this, there was no strategy no chest routes no nothing, just pure mouse speed.

I hope we can go back a little bit to the positives of the old MCSG and keep the positives of the new one. I'm sure we can make everyone happy.

That's the thing. You can't make everyone happy, because there will always be people unhappy with your decisions. Always.

I'm gonna go on a bit of a list of pros and cons to the previous year of mcsg.

Pros:
-MCGamer v2
-More skill in players
-More old V1 players returning
-Awesome new maps

Cons:
-Growing hacker rate
-Teams of 3-5 consisting of really skilled players
-Trash talking (it really isn't that bad though, people just need to not get offended so easily about online things)
-Leaderboard update

These are all MY opinions on what I like and don't like. Some things I did not include because I do not wish to start flame.

The only real pro's I found there are awesome new maps, and more v1 players returning.
