A Sad Part of My Life

Important Note: this is what has happened to me before. The story is kind of like a mystery, it doesn't reveal what's going on until the end, please don't ruin it.

I sat down on my carpet, crying.
Wondering who was there.
If they were, why didn't they save him?
He went before my eyes, like paper burning in a fire.
What is life?
Why is it this way?
I closed my eyes, ready to go. Ready to pass on.

No. I couldn't do this.
He had a plan.
He had a reason
Maybe it was his time
But why only 3 months to live?
What had I done
to deserve this fate
This fate
leading to the never ending fires.
The only thing in my way
was something
un-imaginable.
Love and hope
the hope
it was fake.
The hope
he would come home.
His love
bursting on me like a paintball.

I threw it.
Running in terror
Screaming in pain
Wondering
Dreaming
Hoping.
Why Him?

Him
because
of the light
But how can light
lead to dark
how can dawn
lead to dusk
How can the Sun
set in paradise

It wasn't.
I fell on the floor
screaming.
Hoping.
Why?
