Nothing but Sun glitch; please help

I join a lobby in a MCSG server, but when the game starts i see nothing but the sun and blackness, and then i lag out, this has been going on all day and i dont know how to fix it

Try EU and AU, are they the same?

Also what country do you live in and test and show me your results from speedtest.net.
