By the phrase, 'post a lot', I'm assuming you mean forumers?
Forumers with a lot of followers gained their followers by posting a lot.
They don't get a reputation because of their follower count - they get a follower count because of their reputation.
Also,

That means that people with a large fan-base will be restricted in what they can win. For example, Hauhwi would be eligible for Best YouTuber and Livestreamer, but he wouldn't be eligible for Best Moderator or Best Forumer. Even if people voted for him, their votes wouldn't count because he's not a forumer/Mod.

So I think your original question may have been mistaken in the first place, but it's OK.

I'm excited to see how this round will turn out. In Round 4, there was much less competition for best forumer, but this round we have BitoBain and Miner9823 who I believe are both eyeing the top spot. This should be awesome!
I'm also personally looking out for best Livestreamers, if that's a thing. I think Huahwi will probably end up winning, but it'll be cool to get to know who some other top MCG streamers are aside from him.

As you can see, Mooclan didn't get #1 forumer for no reason. It also depends on the quality of your posts, not quantity. All of Moo's posts go into extreme detail, even for things that aren't needed which got him a reputation, and thus forth making him popular. We all aren't just going to vote for moo because he wants us to. Its not the same with YouTubers. Hate to be honest, but people get mesmerized by the massive number of subs and that purple name tag.

Now for my opinion on thins MC Gamer award xD
I honestly think Miner9823 might give Mooclan a run for his money because I happen to love the extreme detail of his posts

If best GFX is an award FinsGraphics would probably win

If the best streamer is an award I'm either voting for Mooclan or ThatOneTomahawk TBH I just think their streams are just better and more entertaining in general because -

• Tomahawk can just continue talking and telling stories to keep you engaged. Don't know how he can talk about so much without it being scripted, but I definitely find them entertaining.
• Mooclan is just one great streamer. His content is great in general, and he is pretty much open to everyone. He lets everyone & anyone join his TS while streaming and he doesn't care. Since it is open to everyone, a lot of people join and start new conversations. Oh, the same detail that goes into his posts, go into his stream. xD

Best YouTuber: Probably Huahwi though he isn't personally my top pick for this category, I can already tell he's going to win by a long shot.

Best Senior Mod: DracoHD or Jodimo. I personally think those 2 are the most helpful when it comes to asking questions in general.

Best Moderator: Nephilim by far the most active on the forums[At least in helping terms], and one of the kindest people I have seen.

Best Administrator: I personally think CAmadeusA is going to win. Don't know why, but thats what my gut tells me

Best Map: Valley Side is going to win again <3 Kos Lovelights I'd like to thank "them" for making this map. It is by far my favorite map of all, and I love everything about it. Wouldn't change a little bit of it.

Best Map Maker: Who other than Ninetailefox92 ??

Tomahawk is not and will never be a streamer due to the fact most of his Twitch fan base came from YouTube. He advertises his streams rather a lot, and this is the reason his streams are popular.

Same applies to Huahwi. I do not think he will be considered as a category for the Twitch, him and Tomahawk due to reasons above. You may take TheLastGapple into consideration, because he is becoming quite the streamer.

Well worry no more, we are implementing a Following Restriction. This means that users of a large following have restricted categories that they can win. Check what KitMencha wrote. He advertises his streams with a small YouTube video. Mooclan did not do that. Point proven. Thank you for your opinion Nirmit.

I appreciate the compliment

Personally I think FinsGraphics is good, but I liked his older stuff more than his more recent pieces. Nowadays he goes for this weird hyper-realistic-but-not-quite style, along with having occasionally odd proportions and incredibly shiny shading (which I'm not a fan of).

That's just my opinion though, there's a reason he has thousands of subscribers.
