Ideally, I'm aiming for the top 100. Due to the unlikeliness of this, I'll probably be in the top 500. I was somewhere in the 400/500-range in the first half of 2013, but I dropped because I lost motivation. (And I hadn't even been one of the first players!)
Now that I have a shot at it, I want to go for slightly higher stats.
I might stay in the top 500 for about a month, and then I'll most likely get bored and slow down.

Additionally, I would like to aim for a 1/4 ratio, but I'll probably settle for 1/5.

One is wishing and one is planning. You don't PLAN to be in the top 10, you WISH you will be in the top 10. Even Gravey4rd or Huahwi can't necessarily *plan* to be in the top 10 . -,-

The definition of Plan is an intention or decision about what one is going to do. A wish could also be a intention.

I really don't see where it says anything about intending to do something in here. You can plan to purchase a gold fish or you can wish you had the money or wish someone would buy one for you. Wishing to be in the top ten and intending to be in the top ten seem quite a bit different.

To be honest Alger is right you can't just say I am going to plan to be in to the top ten.
