Single Player Commands Help

So I've tried to download SPC about 20 times now, but every time it makes my MC stop working. Can anyone help me figure out what is making this happen? I am running Optifine and use MC_Patcher, and I run MC off a batch file to allocate more memory. I also use Jolicraft texture pack if any of this helps.

it's lacking META-INF and has Optifine .class files installed.

No, the load up screen that would normally say Mojang flashes and goes black.

Yes. It has not yet been updated from 1.4.2.

Make sure to always check the OP for the version.

I just switch the minecraft.jar file around between 1.4.2 and 1.4.5, so I can switch between SPC and playing on multiplayer whenever I like.

Always install Optifine after other mods.
