Certainly get the build with the 4790k. The 3770k is an older ivy bridge CPU, so it will become outdated faster. The only problem I see with the 4790k build is that it does not have as high end of a video card as the 3770 build (gtx 750ti vs 660). Even still, the 750ti is a great performer for the cost and does not use that much power. If you are only planning on playing Minecraft, I wouldn't recommend anything better then a 750ti anyway. On top of that, the 4790k can be overlocked which could be something you want to consider later on if you want more performance.

Thanks! So I should over clock it?

That depends... Your CPU cooler will be able to handle a solid overlock, but it is really a matter of weather or not you want to. Overclocking your CPU will void your CPU's warranty, but as long as you don't go crazy you should be fine. I personally am weary to do it with my i5 4670k (only CPUs with a "k" at the end of them can be overlocked) because I don't have adequate cooling for my CPU. I would recommend watching some videos on YouTube about weather or not overlocking is right for you. There is far more information out there then I can put in this thread. If you don't decide to over clock; however, I would go with a non "k" series CPU (4790), and a motherboard with an "H" instead of a "Z" before the chipset (ex. ASUS H97-A with a 4790 vs ASUS Z97-A with a 4790k).

NOTE: I don't know if an ASUS H97-A actually exists. I just used it for the example I gave.

nVIDIA is good, but I mean, you can get just as good with a AMD card.
yeah, well nvidea has their own software and such. Also, my mom had a PC (3 AMD CARDS!!), all were overheating. (She eventually returned it and got a nvidea based one). I have 3 PC's in my home w/ Nvidea, had no problems w/ overheating. Also, some games are optimized for Nvidea (Borderlands, Assassin's Creed)

I've used cards that have been used mining bitcoins for over 6 months (Think of it as a extended stress test xD) and they are still working a charm in a X-FIRE
