Is this right?

Is it fair to revoke the legit wins from people who have been banned for hacking before?

No but what I'm saying is, even if you've won games legitimately, but also won while hacking, the stats should be reset anyways. There is no way of seeing which games were won by hacking. Although after the hacking ban expires. The player should then be able to start ranking up again with a fresh start.
Then this isn't neccersairly the hackers fault, he has been told he is an equal and is returned to the community but they never state that they will wipe his or her stats. This actually brings me to my next points, Why are we not just removed from the old leaderboards? The new ones are a complete diffrent matter! These new leaderboards do not include are old stats and I believe we deserve to be ranked on the new learboards.

Wait, you guys won't be able to rank up on the new leaderboards!? I thought you just wouldn't be included in the legacy ones ;-;

Yeah I think that takes it a bit too far :/ idk
Maybe I should just change my point to that, since it seems I'm not getting anywhere with my other point.

Its just the new wins are not ill gotten or soiled in anyway if they are completly fresh so why are they being removed as well? its just destroying any chance I have of getting high on the leaderboards at all

So cause I had brighter screen, that makes me 10x better at PvP I think not. And I might lose all my stats over it.
Full bright is still a form of hacking.

Hacking generally means that your client has a form of modification which gives the user an unfair advantage over others. Full bright falls under this, and yes it probably will not affect PVP but still is an unfair advantage.

Iambester911 I agree that deranked players should have a chance at the new reset leaderboards.

Yes, I do not mind being removed from the legacy leaderboards but to be completly deranked all together is just...Well stupid is the only word I can find for that. Yes by all mean remove me from my unfair gained wins but don't remove me from any chance I have at getting big. Thank you for agreeing with me on that point Creeper.

Here's how it should work: If you are permabanned for 2 hacking offenses, you should be removed from the leaderboards, just like it is now. That is a fair way to punish hacking. Considering we have seen past offenders get new chances recently (e.g. lovelights) we should be realising that some people who hack/break the rules turn out to be good people who contribute to the community. Someone hacked a year ago, they served their punishment, and they should be given another chance.

This is coming from someone who has never hacked or had any illegal mods on btw, I just think it's unfair anyway.
