I don't really know where to start this off, but I guess I'll start by saying that my internet is pretty bad. No, actually, thats an understatement. My internet is pig waste.

Can I please also point out that people who say their 60-100 ping is bad should know how well they have it. Like I said - my internet is bad. 450 ping bad. On my worse days I have had 2050 ping. I have a screenshot, but can you really expect me to upload an image to imgur at the moment? Especially with my bad internet, that would basically be the opposite of irony...

I have BT Internet. I don't know exactly how internet works but I only live about a kilometre away from one of the biggest BT Stations in England. I live in the country side, by the way, which, I suppose is one of the reasons my internet is bad.

And now the explain the title...

So, I can start off by saying the the type of BT I'm using, which to be honest I don't know smack about. I'm not a freakin' egghead with these things, I just had my brother pick one out because he's taking a degree in IT, which to be honest, I don't even know if that has anything to do with broadband, had an "upgrade" with a sliiiight increase in pay (About £1 a month) and it turns out that in the village and basically about half of the county I'm living in went faulty and actually got slower due to this change. Yup, I'm not even lying. I'm p**sed off.

I got so angry that I even called BT up. They said "all they can tell me" which is basically them saying that it will be fixed in 2016 at the least, and 2020 at the most. And can you guess what? The small town/village I'm living in is last on the fixing.

I'm not lying, you probably think I am trying to get attention, but I'm really not.
Basically
Dont use BT.

Who the f**k would wait till 2016-20? Right when the contract ends, immediately change internet provider.
We had some problems with the internet too, where there would be random drop-outs and complete crashes of the internet. We had to call like 20 times so they actually agreed to put us on a better contract. Try calling and go on a better contract, if you don't find anything, go on another internet provider. Sorry for what's happening right now.

wow... Me and my friend have 10 up 10 down. If you are really a tryhard, move to the city. If you can't, do what he said:

When you got this contract, did it clearly say that this internet is quicker than your previous contract? If so I am pretty sure BT can be legally penalised for misinformation, they have told you something about a product that is not true. Don't quote me on this :p
