I haven't tried recording then monitering my FPS, I was watching sixzosevens survival games video and his FPS looked like over 500. (I mean I didn't see what it was running at, but it looked so smooth.)

My FPS rates have been increasing, not decreasing. Maybe in stealing some of your FPS?

I only got a good computer a couple of months ago. That's about the time were I started playing better.
