Flint And Steel Issues

I made this thread to seer if anyone else is experiencing an issue with flint and steel. In all of the games today flint and steel didn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

A game I recently played it worked perfectly fine. G33ke used in on a user, and the user used it on me.

Did you just try to use it in Deathmatch? Flint and Steel does not work in DM.
