For example. Say tribute 1 gives tribute 3 a total of 4 blocks to buy their allegiance, in the event that tribute 1 wins, each of his assigned blocks will be worth 10% of the prize pool, so tribute 1 would get 60% of the prize pool and tribute 3 would get 40% of the prize pool.
I don't understand. So if you have 10 blocks (10% each) meaning that you will get 100% of the prize if you win, then if tribute 1 gave tribute 3 4 blocks, then wouldn't that mean that tribute 3 gets 140% of the prize pull? 10+4=140??

Each person is given a block type, so if you had redstoneblock, and you won, for every redstoneblock someone has, they get 10% but there are only 10 of that block type, so even if you get another 4 blocks, it will be 100% of the prize if you win and 40% of the prize if someone else wins? get it?
