I am unsure towards how I respond to this, especially when I have little knowledge towards the ISIS situation. But I have a question, why?

First of all the US has pinned them with the religion "Islam" which is false , they are not Muslim, but have been given the title of muslim's. They are not Muslim in any way and religion is not involved, but have been labeled religious issues by the US and UK.

The group many involves of people who are light skinned and are not Islamic at all.

This actually worries me a lot, although they probably wont do it, I and others still have to be weary. This is why religion shouldn't exist imo. Everyone could leave in peace and harmony.

They never pronounced themselves as Islamic, they were given this title by the US AND UK, people believe anything now a days on the news and what their congress/mp elders say

It's a self-proclaimed name. It isn't even recognized as a legitimate authority. Do they represent all of Islam? No. But they do consider themselves Muslims.
