The leaderboards reset - Is good because noone will have a headstart! Some players started to play 2 years ago and some players started playing 2 months ago. So that players who are playing for 2 months cant reach the players who have the headstart of 2 years!

You need to understand that there are new players everyday. It will never be "fair". There are always going to be people who have a headstart.
