What is up with mc gamer teamspeak?

Why is there even public channels? Everytime I do use teamspeak on mc gamer theres just trolls blasting music or being abusive and all its doing is wasting moderators time since they have to come in and eventually ban the stubborn person. since i dont have donor i cant join donor chats and the only thing I find useful is the private chats. There should really be less channels so mods aren't wasting their time going channel to channel banning obnoxious trolls.

Just felt like ranting this because its just time wasted for the staff and yet the same people who complain about the hackers are the ones wasting the moderator's time

Unfortunately, as a relatively large network, we attract our fair share of 'trolls', or just people who generally enjoy ruining other people's experiences on our TeamSpeak. Unfortunately, this is added to by the accessibility of VPN's allowing banned players to keep coming back, which completely stinks, but, with that said, there are also some amazing people that frequent the MCGamer TeamSpeak, who are unfortunately sometimes drown out by 'trolls'.

The most that can be done, unfortunately, is kicking, and banning, if appropriate, as a staff member. You're never wasting our time when you poke us for help on TeamSpeak- it's what we're here for, and we'd be happy to come down and help as best we can

The same issue tends to go around with me as well. And right now I can't really join Teamspeak of certain issues. But the fact that they take it as a public channel for granted usually is annoying. A friend of mine even told the troll about it, their response is that it is a public channel, they apparently can do whatever they want..
