It would seem that EU continues to be an issue, despite everything that goes towards helping it.
Operation Cleansweep, both versions, were large searches conducted in order to help rid the servers of the hackers and rule-breakers, especially EU.
Eventually, it gets to the point where people complain about hackers so much that I'm just going to keep saying this:
"Unless you report EVERY single hacker and rule-breaker that you come across, you really shouldn't complain about Moderators not doing their job."
