(If a yes vote) Atleast give the TOP100 a rank like "LegendRank" and have like a pink name.

Doubt it. Almost all of them would quit playing competitively.

To answer your question, during the Q&A today that question was brought up and Chad thought that the top 100 getting a special rank in game was a good idea, but he never confirmed anything.
