About the Contest:
As in the game itself, teams must compete against one another in order to triumph in the competition. But other than that, how you approach the contest is up to you.
The contest begins on (4th October 2014) and will be active until 11:59 PM (GMT) on (25th October 2014). During those (14) (no more, no less) days, the build teams must build their map submission. Good style and form will win over sightseers, but good gameplay and structure is needed to win over players. The best maps must blend both form and function together if it is to have any chance of winning; every map must play as well as it looks.

Please follow that link and make a new thread for your map.
- Each thread should include a Poll with one choice called “Vote for this Map!”; this poll will be used to select the community’s top 25 maps.
- Once we have the community’s top 25 the judges will pick the winning 3 much in the way the kit pvp contest.
- Map submission threads must include the names of any and all people or teams associated with making the submitted map.
- Be sure to include a full detail of your map’s general info, such as its theme, its size, any special features it may have, and any additional details you wish to include.
- Each thread MUST have a download link to the map.
The submissions will close on (insert date here). Upon which the judging will begin. The judges will grade on the following rubric:
- Style
- Gameplay
- Creativity
- Noteworthy Features
The following players will act as judges:

- The total map radius must be 200 blocks or more.
- Must have a clock shape at spawn with lights to show the active segment.
- Must have an open cornucopia so people can run to it to escape the segment.
- Each map must be built with the game type in mind remember QQ is a player versus environment based game-type.
- Each map must contain structures, organics, etc No flat worlds.
- Each map must be submitted with the exact radius you give on the thread so we can put the force field in
- In addition, you must tell us the radius of the cornucopia area, as this is used within QQ's programming.
- Each map must be completely original i.e. not taken from other pre-existing maps.
- Construction of each map must be started during the competition’s duration, not before; if you have been working on an map before the contest was announced, you may not use it.
The Judges reserve the right to reject any map for any reason, for example but not limited to; if a map fails to meet the map requirements or if a build team demonstrates unacceptably poor conduct.

4 Gold Ranks for the builders.

5 Iron Ranks for the builders.

I,{Lead Builder} of {Build Team Name, if applicable} agree and accept that by submitting this map to the MCGamer Network for consideration it may be altered by the staff of MCGamer at any time in order to make gameplay changes. Also, by accepting this you understand that any violation of the map guidelines such as, but not limited to OP items being placed, may result in the immediate removal of your map and or any associated given ranks from our servers. The MCGamer staff have full rights to decide whether or not the map in question is applied to or remains on the server network and the status of the map is subject to change at any time.
