Just to clear things up, the battle will not be DQ'd as in neither Dave's nor Soul's rules is there any rule against being in multiple clans. The only rule which comes close is one which states the player must be part of the clan's roster to participate. As Dozy was part of the roster, he had full permission to play in the clan battle. Therefore, the battle outcome was valid.

How about the part where he's a perm banned player?

Just saying Rivals, permbanned players always cause trouble in the end. I don't think accepting them is a wise move; you guys are better than that.

Usually when someone deletes posts to prevent flame, that means they do not want you to continue to flame.

Permanently banned players were not related to this matter, and thus should not be brought up. If you believe a player is evading a ban on an alt, bring it up to a staff member with some evidence, and if that player is in a clan, the clan battles involving the player will be dealt with. We will deal with that separately if you wish, but do not talk about it publicly, whether you have evidence or not, as it will only cause problems.
