Community Poll: Leaderboards Reset with Newest Update?

A reset is a super exciting concept that really could be really cool to have. It would bring a lot of players back, excited to bring themselves to the top. To see the top players change around and that being in the top 1000 (at least in the beginning) will be an achievable goal. However, people that know what they are doing will accumulate a lot of wins really fast. How long will it take before a player gets back to the top? And who would get their fastest??

Also, correct me if I am wrong, but players that bought stat resets could be frustrated if everyone else's stats got reset for free.

Overall I am excited for this, though I probably won't be able to enjoy the rush of getting wins if and when it happens.

I vote yes. Yes there are people who have worked hard for their stats, but their stats will always be saved on the legacy leaderboards. And it also gives everyone a fresh start so the competition will be tough when with everyone fighting to get a good spot on the new leaderboards.

The global stat reset should be an optional thing, like make the stat reset feature a free thing for about a week or so. Personally, I think its really, REALLY annoying how I am just going to have wasted literally 5 weeks, all for nothing...Most of the people that voted Yes are most likely people with bad ratios, or just people that don`t want to feel like a no-life, while almost anyone who has alot of wins and a good ratio has been there before...I used to have a terribad ratio...Then I started to get good, which happens to anyone who actually tries. I would personally quit MCG if they did a global stats reset, and Im 100% sure im not going to be the only one.

i vote yes becasue i used to play with a trackpad and now when i play mcsg there are LOADS OF FREAKING HACKERS!! I MEAN EVERY FREAKING GAME THERE HAS TO BE ONE!! FIX UR STUFF MCSG!! kthx <3

Expect them hackers to give you a bad record on the new leaderboards too, because they haven't gone.

No, I believe that there should be no leaderboard resets, because of the following reasons:

• Old Players/People who quit have no things for people to remember them by besides their stat pages.
• Another point is more people will quit,because think if you dedicated a year(s) into playing this game and just have it being thrown away.
• MCSG would probably get people to quit due to the leaderboard reset.
• Also, if people just want this for a stat reset you can just buy it. ( I understand some people just want to get #1)

I personally thinks it's a win win. Pretty smart thinking.

Please explain how this a win win for the current people who are high on the leaderboards, including myself. I'm rank #20 and I'd be gutted to see my stats reset, legacy leaderboard or not. I would most likely quit, because for all you know, another 2 years down the line, they'll do it again.

We haven't tried hard just for it to get reset. By all means, make a new leaderboard which starts new but do not stop the current ones, that'd be ridiculous in my opinion and a bad mistake.

I have to go with no, there will be more teamers, tryhards, hackers, and boosters, not that we don't have that already, but most of the "Good" players high on the leaderboards will most likely quit. For example Gravey4rd, he has been playing for a long time, he gained his #1 spot, so if it does reset all of his hard work will go to waste. Well that's my opinion, no hate pls.

It's meh for me, I chose yes for me because I'm terrible. But I can totally see it from someone on first pages pov. So I could really careless on what happens.
