The eye can only see 75 fps anyways unless you don't want lag ever which never hurt anyone to have a little framerate drop down 6-10 fps, yeah 600 fps is outrageous to need and expensive 100-200 is all you need really.

do u really have 2k to spend on a computer because if u do just get that or just change the graphics card on the first computer u listed to a gtx 660 ti it is more than what u will need.

no 600 fps is not needed nut getting something w/ high fps (like 600) just means it will last u longer
