What's the best FOV to use for bow spamming, strafing, rodding et cetera?

You kinda have to choose the FOV you play on yourself. An FOV too high may hurt some people's eyes, but high FOV like Quake Pro is perfectly fine for some people as well, so don't force yourself into using an FOV. Just trying playing around with different settings and select the ones you like best, of course, same with FOV.

Then I would personally recommend an FOV higher than 100, preferably Quake Pro, as it gives you a good view of the area.

Well okay, I still want other people's opinions. I just suck with the bow ;-;

You want to have a high FOV that you are comfortable with. The FOV I play on is 100 because It gives me a wider view on spotting more people and If you have Quake Pro on you feel like you have speed in a way and some FOVs are terrible for pvp for me anyway but some are good for people you should test some FOVs out like 50, 100 or quake pro but that is just my suggestion :3

Quake pro is technically the best just because you can see the most. Unless you have bad eyesight. But just go with something you like.

It is quite good but not for everyone as people can't keep up with it so lower the FOV lower the view of the battle so you can't see left or right on a wider scale if you are on a small FOV but on a high FOV you can but not for all :3

I use to play on Quake Pro but now I play on 100 FOV.

Just a quick thing to note: Quake pro makes it harder to aim with a bow.
