at their original time of acceptance, tiro and duck were the youngest mods to be accepted.

idk about the youngest at the moment, but im pretty sure duck was 13 when accepted (the first time) and maybe tiro too BUT I GUESS WE CAN'T ASK HIM ON THE FORUMS CAN WE
