DDOS-Distributed Denial of Service. It sends millions of blank packets very very fast to the server, so the server has to handle all of them, and gets caught up on the blank ones, real ones are not managed=laggy server or server crash

Don't you have the IP or something of the person that is DDOS'ing the servers? Or is he using a VPN?
DDOS'ing is illegal. If you have his IP you can report him.
