tbh more people are on AS then CA
This is just another reason why we should get back AS. People in the CA region have US which at most get 100-125 ms to while AS We Have jack S**** connection to anywhetr. The best at most is a whopping 200ms which therefore gives us a huge disadvantage in game.

AU has a huge community, they get a lot more than 100 people a day. Sounds like you also heard me wrong. What I meant was, there are players on that list who are people who live in the US, that will never play on the AS servers.
Im pretty sure i know them all. They played on this one pvp server that Keno_Jewls hosted and i get to meet them all and ask for skype.

KRaidium. Most of the players in this list i know play almost 8 hours a day. I have seen alot of them playing on the US servers for about 4 - 10 hours a day with horrible ping. We talked on skype and they are always sad when they got killed by the lag. I hope Chad will read this thread and look at how many players wanting the AS servers to be back up. Australian servers has less than 100 people a day so why didnt they take the Australian servers down? I hope to recieve a reply from you KRaidium.
8 hours wtf....? That's like 1/3 of the day... U eat sleep and play children's block games wtf

adding on to what keno said. We got no publicity in the first place.

When AS shutdown.it was a one to one conversation between us and chad and the admins.

How were we supposed to get players on to AS without the access to the console or the website?
nobody bothered to give AS some publicity to people that got better connection to AS than Us but didnt know there was an asia server and the only way to find out was to go to the forums and go to "servers" and see that AS was a thing.

Me myself did not know about AS until last year, which i found out about when i went into the forums and check the "servers"
and saw that people were actually playing on AS. I'm sure if you give publicity and a couple of announcements on the MCSG servers when its the afternoon for us we probably may have players rushing in from As.

Thats what i think,at least.

We'd get some donations, but not enough.

We have a few AS moderators, but not near enough to deal with the drama and issues that would be caused.
I'll apply for moderator, I'm an owner of a server called mysticalcraft. And how much does it cause to host a server for a month? More than half of the Japanese players are donors, as well as the people from singapore. I'm sure that people who read this thread will also apply for mod and donate some money to the server.

Stop being so negative. You do know that half of the people on US are Asians and are donor.

You have no idea what you are talking about. First off you claim that half of the people on the US servers are AS and they all have donor. Second you are claiming that people who read this thread will donate and apply for moderator.

Then why is CA still running?
1) AS is much more expensive to run than CA
2) CA is seen as a backup US in which US players can play on if the US network would to go down.
