Ways To Cope With/Stop Bullying

Today at my school the Dean gathered us all together and gave one of those corny talks about how to stop bullying and I got fed up so then instead I walked up to his office and scheduled a meeting with him and I told him that it didn't help at all and so I told him I can make a more teenage friendly speech/ways to stop bullying so here is what I came up with.
1: Just put your hands behind your head turn off that display and step away from the phone
2: Delete your profile and just make a new one and only tell good friends
3: Block The Bully
4: if it is very bad and it is repeated tell your local police station.
5: Don't take it to heart just let it go and ignore there hurtful words "Remember a bully is just somebody who is jealous of your achievements"
Guys just remember Suicide is NEVER the answer my friend AJ killed himself just because he had a lot of school work and people were quite mean to him and everyday I wish I could'hv done something if you ever have suicidal thoughts talk to a close friend and if they don't help you talk to somebody else or even talk to me I will never shun somebody away.
1: Come together with a group of friends to report that bully
2: Run like hell and stay out of the bullies way.
3: Tell your mom and have her call the school discreetly and then let the bully get suspended chances are he will staph.
4: Stand up to that punk outsmart him make him feel small show him you can't and wont be pushed around.
5: Ask him to staph or you will report him to an administrator it worked for me and it should work for you!
Never fight in school my friend Maurice got suspended for kicking this one kids Butt.
1: Report him to a teacher I assure you that no school allows Put-Downs and if they do that is one messed up school.
2: Kindly ask him to STAHP!
3: Just ignore him and if he does it again don't reply instead just do what number 1 tells you.
4: Tell your mom what he said and have her call the bullies guardian and they will sort it out on the phone.
5: Stay Cool Stay Fresh And Always Be The Best!
Okay so I am going to tell the Dean these ideas and then tomorrow I am just going to revise them and make them longer and more professional, Thanks for reading if this post helped you in anyway then just go and comment down below any story of bullying or any encounter of bullying you had.

Sounds good to me! I agree that they always have those speeches but they obviously are not helping out many people or encouraging kids to stop ._.

They honestly need to make better ways to stop bullying, I mean these little group meetings with Counselors/AP's etc. are not doing much at all. Most kids keep to themselves if they see bullying, so not to have themselves to be bullied. And creating a ''new'' profile on a social media website is not a good option either, just stop doing social media forever. I mean in this technological age you can never truly hide from someone on the internet, it is just not possible.

As a past victim of bullying I must suggest also-

- Don't let the words get to you, they are only antagonizing you to get a reaction.

- If the words are hurtful, don't defend yourself and stand up to him, eg; fighting with him because it is very likely that he has henchmen too and a 1 on 1 fight could easily turn into a 3 on 1.

- Tell you Parents/Teachers; There is nothing better I recommend than that, they will always have advice and will always support you, if they abuse you too, I suggest you don't.

- If you feel down, go to a specialized doctor that is trained in this area of field.
