No, the CCS thing is just an event for the top 8 clans. Not a new leaderboards. Its simply something special for the top tier clans. This is still in place lol

Yeah, the leaderboards will continue to operate normally, regardless of the tournament battles (though you may want to think about challenging clans when you are required to battle for the tournament at least once a week).
