How to get mod/sir. mod??

I want to know how to get mod/sir. mod. If i know i may can do very good things for the server so i will earn it.

You can apply for mod, you have to earn sr mod by being a good mod.

Like what Teija said, you first start with mod, then if a Sr. Mod is needed and you fit the position you get chosen.
