How is LoL a flash game in any way?
Here's my recommendation, Poptropica. Probably one of the first 'online' games I ever played (that and Roblox). They're still releasing updates for it and it's gotten progressively better. I still play it from time to time.

Poptropica is great, and I also recommend the Duck Life series (nowhere near as good as Poptropica, but I enjoy it still today).
