The one that is in use here at MCSG is a privately built, temporary solution to a CraftBukkit 1.4 build. No download as of right now.

It was custom built, as the MCSG community doesn't need to utilize the new functions of 1.4 yet.
At this time, a Bukkit update (rather unstable might I add) has been released.

Yea I just got the recent dev build 1.3.2(R2.0) But I figured out that 1.4 clients can join the most recent 1.3.2 build.

Their bukkit just lets 1.4 clients log into 1.3 servers, hence how the servers are buggier than usual. But they know whats best for their servers I guess.
