Oay, ty for the adviceIf you are wanting to buy a good looking mechanical keyboard it's going to end up above the 100$
Cheaper mechanical keyboards usually don't have they "Gaming" look to it, as seen here :

I'd suggest to wait a little to save up a bit more so you can get one around 120$-ish
That's my first choice, ATM.SteelSeries 6gv2
If you don't mind not having a backlit keyboard or macros on the side, its perf. That's my first choice, ATM.
I got the Razer BlackWidow Stleath Edition; It's pretty quiet compared to normal mechanical keyboards.Like MoLoToV says, it's worth not looking to spend your money now and wait until you have the necessary funds to invest in a more expensive keyboard. As far as mechanical keyboards go, most good ones are on the > $100 price range.
The mainstream keyboard that lots of people get is the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate (I have this; no complaints other than the noise can be a little irritating). Other brands like Corsair, Ducky (well recommended) and Logitech do some good ones too. Pretty much all the good ones fall into the > $100 price range as well.
