Consequences of The AntVenom merge

Not as many people were dedicated to the AntVenom network. This means more people who come to the server occasionally just to play a mini game or two, not caring so much for the community. (This isn't to say there are no community active AntVenomers, far from it actually).

Our community is strongly knit because we have MCSG, a more major gamemode that takes a higher level of dedication, it's not something you hop onto once a month for 15 minutes to play a few quick matches with friends. I feel like we may see an increase of players, but a lot of players who aren't as dedicated to MCG.

Yes but you're a dedicated member of the community, I'm talking like mineplex style. You just go on to play, I don't know anything about the mineplex community, but it's fun to play

I still don't think 180+ will be full at the least.

I went over to the antvenom forum and say that about 95% were not looking foward to coming here

I don't think we should read too far into this, people love opposing change. Example: For any facebook users here, whenever the slightest thing changes about its setup, people flock together and say how much better the older one was, and yet within 2 weeks they have become used to it. I think the 2 communities will join together pretty quickly and no-one on MCG's side will really notice.

I don't think we should read too far into this, people love opposing change. Example: For any facebook users here, whenever the slightest thing changes about its setup, people flock together and say how much better the older one was, and yet within 2 weeks they have become used to it. I think the 2 communities will join together pretty quickly and no-one on MCG's side will really notice.

I'd like to bring into account also Raffle Voting, MCSG V2, the implementation of MCSG's Hub, Razzedgirl and Bone2 becoming Administrators out of what people that was virtually thin air, and several other features that people disliked originally but eventually accepted.

Ahhh the hub! I'm ashamed to admit I was one of the majority that hated it at first, now I look back and wonder what I was thinking.
