While looking back at the clan battle against Phoenix we noticed the account "Go_Swim_In_Turds" was banned. The ban occurred after the clan battle so from that aspect it doesn't matter, but as told from a member of the mcsg staff the ips from this account and another banned account have matched. We did not request an ip check. it was given to us after we showed them evidence of our suspicion, therefore rule 10 was not violated by us. Rule 10 is as follows: " Our staff are not obligated to do IP checks upon request. If there is a need to check alternate accounts, players cannot demand for an IP check. Players are required submit evidence suggesting the usage of alternate accounts prior to having an IP check." Consequently, we will be listing this CB as a DQ. At the same time, we are not going to put this clan battle on the thread as a win because we feel as if the battle was fun and extremely competitive nonetheless. We ask that Phoenix does the same.
