For anyone wondering about his post to like ratio, it is because posts on moderator applications and ban disputes actually count as posts. Obviously, no one would like those posts, but I am assuming they are a large part of his post count.

My goal in this community was simply to help as much as possible. I wouldn't turn down the role of Administrator, however I feel that I am a long way off it. If all of the senior staff were happy with me doing so and I would be able to help the community more as an Admin, then yes.

I am a trial senior moderator at time of writing. I first became a moderator in Jan 2013. I was then promoted to trial senior moderator in May of that year. I passed my trial in July and worked on and off as a Snr moderator until March of this year, when i stepped down to complete my final year of school. I came back in early July as a trial and that is where I am currently.

As long as possible.

Indeed I have been here awhile, not as long as some of the staff, but close to the end.

I feel MCGamer is in a really nice place at the moment, with the expanded administrative, development and senior staff teams we have room to expand and experiment with different plans and ideas. This room allows us to plan long term rather than just focusing on fixing short term. Obviously with our rapidly expanding community base, hackers and the like are becoming ever more present, but that was expected.

As stated above, I've been a senior moderator for a long time, and it is truely incredible to see the shift in the community and the staff team over that period. Though I am not the longest running snr moderator, Kellie holds that, I was hired first, and so have seen more of the shift and changes. The staff team has truely improved over the last year and a half. It was very segragated in the begining, but has really come together in the past year. I know that if a moderator doesnt know what to do in a certain situation, they can go to any of the 14 senior moderators or 130 other moderators, and they will be more than happy to help out.

Goggles seems a bit over the top when all you need to do is run a tap and stick your tongue out whilst you cut them.

Why made you want to become a staff member on MCGamer?

I was builder at FyreUK and was one of the early project leaders on FyreGames1. Both communities had an agreement for a short time that if fyregames was added to the servers, a few of the builders and leaders on the project would become moderators here. This was what I was. After a few weeks I decided to take a short break and reapply, as I didn't have to apply the first time, just so I could be settled in my mind that I was up to the job.
