how do I switch my signature so I can have links pop up when u click a word someone help I'm a nub at siggies

I think you mean a hyperlink. This is when you hit a word it can pop up a link of your choice.

To do this, simply highlight the words/phrases you want to be "hyperlinked" then hit this button

Next this should pop up.

In the URL: simply put the link of the website/URL you want linked.

Then hit insert.
