So basically I have had my razer naga epic since December. It has had some small issues (it sometimes disconnects and then reconnects) but today, my cursor randomly stopped moving and the naga started blinking. I have never had this issue before. The top of the cord is a bit frayed/bent, but I don't believe it is cracked. I have tried unplugging, re-pairing, taking in-out the battery, and changing wireless/wired mode. Please help. This is my favorite mouse ever and I have no idea what's wrong.

Have you tries contacting Razer Support? I believe you can find them online. I myself have a Naga Hex so I can't help you there but best of luck! :)

Can I have an email link of some kind? All I could find on their website was FAQ.

This is all I could get from my phone, but I believe calling one of those numbers should help. If you want an email, what I say is just to search around the website. Sorry I couldn't be more specific, good luck c:

I have a Razer Naga Epic as well. I have never had that problem. I play wired because when I played with it wireless I found the connection randomly cutting out on me. When I did play wireless the blinking light meant that it was low on battery. If you can, I would use a alternate mouse for now and let the Naga sit on the charger for a day or two and see if it works.

Issue fixed.

Fix:
Open: Device Manager
Right click on USB.
Unplug then replug.
Should be fixed.
