Banning Hackers

Hey Baes,

So this is probably gonna sound like a really dumb question, which it probably is but, When a moderator/staff finds a hacker, do they just do /ban player reason etc, and thats it. Or do they have to file a application type document on Xime?

can anyone explain the process :3

From what I know, mods have access to /ban in game but can only ban a player for 24 hours or less. Longer bans must be done through another method, but mutes and kicks are all accessible for staff to do in game.
I was wondering the same thing and I'd like a more detailed response, I don't know too much about this either c:

I'm not sure whether they can tell you this information. I would say they couldn't just ban someone for hacking straightaway. They have to gather evidence. etc.
