It may have been Super Smash Bros. Melee. I unlocked everything when I was young. If not, it's either LoZ Phantom Hourglass or Pokemon Diamond.

My first game completed was probably super mario bros 3, I replayed a few months ago and found it extreemly difficult, still wondering how I was able to complete it at such a young age.

First game 100% completed was only just recently ( 6 months ago ) which was saints row IV, took me a while but I got every little secret and collectable item.

Oregon Trail on a Mac Colour Classic back in about 2001... it may have also been Lemmings, I'm not sure if we ever fully completed it however.
(One of these beautiful machines - most reliable computer we've ever had, still running strong to this day since purchase in 1994 or something....)
